Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or operations field.
• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing operations experience with 3+ years in leadership.
• Experience in FMCG/beverage or high-volume manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, bottling, and water treatment systems.
• Proficient in Excel for production reporting and cost monitoring.
• Professional business English communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations to meet targets, safety standards, and efficiency.
• Oversee water purification, bottling, and multi-format packaging lines.
• Coordinate warehouse, inventory, raw materials, and finished goods management.
• Plan production schedules, manpower, and shifts to maximize productivity.
• Monitor costs, efficiency, utilities, waste, and process improvements.
• Ensure safety, hygiene, and environmental sustainability compliance.
• Manage wastewater treatment and environmental control systems.
• Prepare operational reports, KPI tracking, and budget performance analyses.
• Coach and develop production, warehouse, logistics, and operations teams.
