Job summary

PT. Salim Andalan Paramita in Bali seeks an experienced Store Supervisor to oversee daily store operations, drive sales, and ensure SOP compliance across the Bali region.

You will lead a store team, develop new B2B customers, conduct client visits, deliver product presentations, negotiate terms, and nurture relationships with retail and B2B customers.

A Bachelor's degree and English proficiency are required, with willingness to travel and to use personal vehicle for extensive Bali travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Communications.
• Able to speak English both written and oral.
• Proven experience as a Store Supervisor, Sales Supervisor, or in a similar leadership role.
• Retail operations and B2B sales experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Results-driven with the ability to meet sales targets and proactively identify new business opportunities.
• Good understanding of the Bali market and local business landscape.
• Possess a valid driver's license and own a personal vehicle.
• Willing to travel and work extensively throughout the Bali region.
• Demonstrate integrity, discipline, initiative, and a strong sense of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure SOPs.
• Lead, supervise, and evaluate store team performance.
• Achieve sales targets for store and territory.
• Identify, acquire, develop new B2B customers in Bali region.
• Conduct client visits, product presentations, quotations, negotiate terms, follow up on sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both retail and B2B customers.
• Monitor inventory levels, product displays, administrative processes, and sales reporting.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on customer visits, sales pipeline, business opportunities, and sales performance.
