Ideal candidates have 15+ years in medicine, including 7+ in leadership, with MD and healthcare

Qualifications

• MD with specialist qualification and clinical expertise
• Minimum 15 years of professional medical experience, incl. 7+ years in leadership
• Deep knowledge of hospital accreditation and healthcare regulations
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision‑making abilities

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop medical and clinical strategies aligned with company goals
• Ensure excellence in healthcare quality, patient safety and regulatory compliance
• Supervise physicians, nurses and other medical staff
• Establish and monitor clinical performance indicators for continuous quality improvement
• Develop training and professional development programs for medical staff
• Advise executive management on medical innovations and investments
