Qualifications

We are seeking a visionary Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to lead our medical strategy, ensure the highest standards of healthcare quality, and drive clinical development in alignment with the organization's vision.

Job Description:

• Lead and develop medical and clinical strategies aligned with the company's goals
• Ensure excellence in healthcare quality, patient safety, and compliance with national and international regulations
• Supervise and provide guidance to physicians, nurses, and other medical professionals
• Establish and monitor clinical performance indicators to continuously improve service quality
• Develop training and professional development programs for medical staff
• Provide strategic input to the executive management on medical innovations and investments

Qualification:

• Medical Doctor (specialist preferred) with extensive clinical experience; additional qualifications in healthcare management are a strong plus
• Minimum 15 years of professional medical experience, including at least 7 years in senior leadership roles
• In-depth knowledge of hospital accreditation, healthcare regulations, and international best practices
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills, with the ability to drive strategic initiatives
