Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in Jakarta, Indonesia, is seeking an experienced Building Operations professional to lead and supervise technical teams, manage all MEP systems, and drive preventive maintenance programs.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, SKA/SKK Building Maintenance Expert - Intermediate, and at least 5 years in building operations, plus an OHSE certificate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• SKA/SKK Building Maintenance Expert - Intermediate level certificate.
• Minimum 5 years in building operations.
• OHSE (K3L) certificate is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage all technical building systems (MEP, HVAC, fire safety, elevators).
• Lead and supervise technical teams.
• Implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Coordinate technical projects and renovations.
• Manage vendor and contractor relationships.
• Review and report on monthly work activities.
• Execute energy-saving programs.
• Conduct regular team meetings.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
