Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, SKA/SKK Building Maintenance Expert - Intermediate, and at least 5 years in building operations, plus an OHSE certificate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• SKA/SKK Building Maintenance Expert - Intermediate level certificate.
• Minimum 5 years in building operations.
• OHSE (K3L) certificate is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage all technical building systems (MEP, HVAC, fire safety, elevators).
• Lead and supervise technical teams.
• Implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Coordinate technical projects and renovations.
• Manage vendor and contractor relationships.
• Review and report on monthly work activities.
• Execute energy-saving programs.
• Conduct regular team meetings.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
