Job summary

Lettuce havemore joy in Denpasar, Bali is seeking a Senior Cook to lead our culinary team. This full-time role focuses on high standards in food preparation, quality and presentation across kitchen operations, and mentoring junior staff.

You will work with the Head Chef to develop menus, ensure HACCP compliance, manage shifts and inventory, and deliver timely service with creativity and hospitality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional cooking experience in hospitality or hotel.
• Proven experience as Senior Cook or supervisory kitchen role.
• Strong knowledge of international cuisine and cooking techniques.
• Experience in Balinese, Asian or fusion cuisine is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes according to established recipes and plating guidelines.
• Oversee food preparation areas ensuring health, safety and hygiene standards.
• Train, supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff.
• Monitor inventory and manage ordering to minimize waste.
• Ensure timely preparation and delivery during service.
