Job summary

Ruangguru is seeking a results-driven Business Development professional to expand channel penetration across inbound, outbound, and field sales. You will design and implement tactical commercial strategies to accelerate growth and hit revenue targets.

You will train and onboard frontline agents, build SOPs, and coach teams while identifying bottlenecks to streamline workflows. A strong track record in channel management and sales operations is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales Operations, or Channel Management; field or outbound sales team experience preferred.
• Proven track record of expanding channel penetration across inbound, outbound, and field operations.
• Strong ability to create and execute tactical commercial strategies that drive sales conversion and revenue.
• Skilled in delivering training modules, onboarding frontline agents, and building operational SOPs.
• Strong problem-solving skills to simplify transaction workflows and improve agent efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maximize market penetration across all Channel Dev touchpoints, including inbound, outbound, and field sales channels.
• Develop and implement tactical commercial strategies to accelerate sales growth and achieve revenue targets for each channel.
• Design training programs, lead onboarding sessions, and conduct regular coaching to ensure agents possess the required skillsets and maintain strong sales performance.
• Identify bottlenecks and streamline operational workflows to simplify transaction processes and enhance client-agent communication.
• Monitor daily and weekly KPI metrics across channels, delivering detailed operational reports and insights to the Business Development Lead (G3).
