Qualifications

• 3+ years in channel sales, account management or relationship management in a B2B environment.
• Proven success in building and managing channel partnerships from inception to maturity.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English (basic conversation).

Responsabilités

• Identify, recruit and onboard new channel partners to expand distribution networks and market reach
• Develop and implement channel sales strategies aligned with company objectives and market opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnership success
• Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, operations and senior management to ensure seamless partner enablement
• Identify partnership opportunities and market gaps to drive business development initiatives
• Prepare regular reports on channel performance, partner feedback and market insights
• Attend industry events and trade shows to identify and prospect potential channel partners
