Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering from a reputable university.
• At least 2 years of sales or customer-facing experience in the cement industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Valid driving license.
• Willingness to work across Indonesia.
• Experience in cement, kiln, and refractory industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create value through account strategies and long-term customer relationships.
• Perform field sales and high-level customer consultations in the defined territory.
• Provide solutions and technical support to customers and represent Hilti in the market.
