Job summary

PT Hilti Nusantara is seeking a driven sales professional to promote ON!Track service and Fleet Management in Indonesia. You will assess customer environments, pitch asset management solutions, and work with cross-functional teams to drive customer adoption and long-term growth.

The role requires solid sales experience in construction, strong English communication, and the ability to manage end-to-end sales cycles from discovery to deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering from a reputable University.
• 3+ years of sales or customer-facing experience in construction.
• Experience in solution and consultative selling, asset management services.
• Cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, and external vendors.
• Strong written and verbal English skills.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently.
• Ability to develop systematic analysis reports for top management.
• Excellent communication with high-level management.
• Valid driving license.

Responsibilities

• Be the expert for ON!Track service and Fleet Management; assess client needs and pitch solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales, ICS, and service manager to identify potential ON!Track/Fleet customers.
• Lead end-to-end sales cycles from acquisition to implementation and retention; train customers.
