Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering from a reputable University.
• At least 3 years of sales experience or equivalent customer-facing experience in the construction industry.
• Demonstrated work experience in solution and consultative selling especially in asset management service, with proven tangible end result.
• Capable in working in cross-functional team environment (eg. Sales, marketing, external vendor).
• Highly proficient in both written and verbal English.
• Valid driving license.

Responsibilities

• Owns end-to-end selling cycle of ON!Track service and Fleet Management from customer acquisition to service delivery and retention.
• Define potential customers for ON!Track and Fleet management by leveraging existing relationships.
• Collaborate with sales, ICS, and service managers to drive multi-channel sales efforts.
• Maintain ongoing customer care and promote long-term growth beyond the current customer pool.
