Job summary

Ku Creatives Unlimited is seeking an English Development Lead to design, implement, and manage the company’s English language program in Jakarta. You will create learning plans, deliver tailored training, and track progress against CEFR targets.

Ideal candidates have a BA in English-related field, strong English proficiency (C2), and experience in corporate training. You will work with cross-functional teams to enhance international communications and client interactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in English Education, English Literature, Linguistics, Education, or related field.
• Advanced English proficiency with strong speaking, writing, listening, and grammar skills (ideally C2).
• Experience as English teacher/trainer; corporate training is a plus.
• Ability to develop structured learning programs and adapt to levels.
• Knowledge of CEFR levels and assessment methods; ability to set measurable targets.
• Comfort with spreadsheets to track progress and prepare reports.

Responsibilities

• Own the company’s English language development program and ensure measurable progress for employees.
• Conduct initial and periodic CEFR-based proficiency assessments (A1–C2).
• Create individualized learning plans and realistic targets per employee.
• Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and practical exercises.
• Monitor progress with assessments and performance reviews; adjust targets as needed.
• Maintain an organized English proficiency tracker and prepare regular reports for management.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and improve materials and methods based on results.
• Help employees apply English skills in meetings, presentations, and written communication with international clients.
