Job summary

Ku Creatives Unlimited in Jakarta Selatan seeks an experienced English development specialist to own and drive the company's language learning program across departments. You will design learning paths, set targets, and deliver engaging training tuned to CEFR levels.

You will assess employees, track progress with a centralized tracker, report to management, and continuously improve methods and materials to enable practical workplace English usage with international clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English Education, English Literature, Linguistics, Education, or related field.
• Proven experience as an English Teacher, English Trainer, or similar language development role.
• Advanced English proficiency, ideally C2, with strong speaking, writing, listening, and grammar.
• Ability to develop structured learning programs and deliver engaging training.
• Understanding CEFR levels and language assessment methods.
• Experience using spreadsheets to track progress and prepare reports.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the company's English language development program and drive continuous improvement.
• Conduct initial and periodic CEFR-based assessments to determine current levels.
• Develop individualized learning plans and set proficiency targets.
• Design and deliver English training sessions, workshops, and practical exercises.
• Monitor progress through assessments and performance reviews; adjust plans as needed.
• Maintain an organized English proficiency tracker for each employee.
• Prepare regular progress reports for management highlighting development and gaps.
• Evaluate program effectiveness and improve materials and strategies based on results.
• Help employees apply English skills in meetings, presentations, and written communication with international clients.
