Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality English lessons following English 1's curriculum and methodologies.
• Prepare lesson materials and classroom equipment in advance.
• Begin and end classes on time; be in class 5 minutes before start time.
• Utilise audio/video materials and incorporate technology into lessons.
• Develop and use supplementary teaching materials as needed.
• Monitor student progress, administer assessments, and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure students understand and follow safety and behaviour policies.
• Maintain up-to-date student and class records.
• Assist with student placement testing.
• Provide demo lessons and participate in promotional activities as required.
• Support center events, including extracurricular activities, tutorials, and social events.
• Substitute for absent colleagues when necessary.
