Job summary

Astro, Indonesia's quick commerce company, is seeking a data-driven commercial professional to lead supplier partnerships and category performance. You will manage the portfolio, negotiate terms, and collaborate with Supply Chain to drive revenue, GMV growth, and exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Sales, Communication, or other relevant fields.
• 1–3 years of experience in Key Account Management, Category Management, or related commercial roles, preferably in FMCG Non-Food (Beauty, Personal Care).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
• Strong analytical and commercial thinking with ability to translate data into insights.
• AI-savvy with basic understanding of AI tools and their daily use.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and brand partners, leading negotiations for best assortment, pricing, and terms.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and Planning to optimize category performance and hit revenue targets.
• Use data to identify opportunities, make data-driven decisions, and drive incremental sales.
• Serve as the main contact for existing supplier partners, brands, and new partners.
• Manage the overall product portfolio to ensure relevant assortments and customer satisfaction.
• Represent Astro in managing brand relationships and collaboration with partners.
• Monitor brand metrics (GMV growth, SLA) to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
