Job summary

Astro Indonesia in Jakarta is seeking a Partnerships/Business Development professional to manage relationships with branded partners, identify new partners in Fresh & Frozen, and coordinate end-to-end campaigns and promotional initiatives.

You will collaborate with Category Managers, Campaigns, Ads, and other cross-functional teams to align campaign objectives and execution while analyzing internal data and market insights to propose data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Partnership, Business Development, Account Management, or related field.
• Experience managing partnerships with brands, vendors, or business partners.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with data.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and willing to take ownership beyond the assigned scope.
• Experience in campaign or promotional management is a plus.
• Experience working with Fresh & Frozen products is a plus.
• Experience in Retail or FMCG is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with branded partners to support business plans, campaigns, and promotional activities.
• Identify and acquire new branded partners, particularly within the Fresh & Frozen categories.
• Coordinate and execute end-to-end campaigns and promotional initiatives with partners.
• Collaborate with Category Managers, Campaign, Ads, and other cross-functional teams to align campaign objectives and execution.
• Analyze internal data and market insights to identify opportunities and provide data-driven recommendations for campaigns and promotions.
• Monitor campaign performance and partner activities to ensure initiatives are aligned with business objectives.
• Support ongoing partnership initiatives and other ad hoc projects as the team continues to grow and evolve.
