ASTRO in Indonesia is seeking a Category/Key Account professional to grow the FMCG Non-Food category by managing brand and supplier partnerships, optimizing product assortment, and driving commercial performance. You will collaborate with suppliers, brands, Supply Chain, and Planning to identify growth opportunities, improve category performance, and deliver the right products and value to our customers.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Sales, or related fields.
• 1–3 years of experience in Key Account Management, Category Management, or related roles.
• FMCG Non-Food experience preferred (Beauty, Personal Care, etc.).

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain strong supplier and brand partnerships with best assortment, pricing, and terms.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and Planning to optimize category performance and hit revenue targets.
• Use data to identify opportunities and drive incremental sales.
• Be main contact for partner suppliers, brands, and new prospects.
• Develop product portfolio to ensure relevant assortment and customer satisfaction.
• Represent Astro in managing brand relationships and cross-functional collaboration.
• Monitor GMV growth and SLA metrics to identify improvements.
