Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking a Carrier Enterprise Business Account Manager in Jakarta to drive strategic B2B ICT opportunities. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Informatics or related field.
• Minimum 7 years in Sales, Key Account Management, or Business Development.
• At least 5 years in ICT, Carrier B2B, or System Integrator industries.
• Experience with enterprise ICT infrastructure including networking, data center, cloud.
• Fluent English verbal and written communication is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to expand carrier enterprise (B2B) business.
• Identify market opportunities by analyzing customers, trends, and partner ecosystems.
• Build relationships with operators, enterprise customers, and government bodies.
• Lead partner enablement through training, workshops, and joint marketing.
• Drive ICT solutions sales across networking, cloud, data center, and digital platforms.
• Manage end-to-end sales lifecycle from qualification to contract and delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project success and satisfaction.
• Improve channel governance and collaboration between carrier and enterprise units.
• Support cross-functional enterprise and government projects with coordination.
• Prepare forecasts, pipelines, and executive presentations for revenue growth.
