Bali International Polytechnic sedang mencari kandidat untuk posisi terkait Career Development dan hubungan korporat. Peran ini fokus pada pembangunan kemitraan, manajemen stakeholder, serta pengembangan jaringan dengan mitra industri dan pihak akademik.

Pelamar diutamakan memiliki pengalaman 1–2 tahun atau lulusan baru dengan kemampuan bahasa Inggris yang baik dan keterampilan organisasi yang kuat dalam proyek multi-pemangku kepentingan.

Competenze

• Gelar Diploma (D3/D4/S1) di bidang terkait seperti Administrasi Bisnis, Perhotelan, Komunikasi, HR, Pendidikan, atau bidang terkait.
• 1–2 tahun pengalaman di bidang Business Development, Corporate Relations, HR/Talent Acquisition, Career Services, atau Perhotelan. Lulusan baru dipersilakan melamar.
• Terbukti membangun kemitraan, manajemen pemangku kepentingan, dan hubungan klien.

Descrizione del lavoro

Minimum Diploma's Degree (D3/D4/S1) in Business Administration, Hospitality, Communications, HR, Education, or related fields.

1-2 years of experience in Business Development, Corporate Relations, HR/Talent Acquisition, Career Services, or Hospitality. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Proven experience in building partnerships, stakeholder management, and client relations.

Experience working with international markets and cross-cultural environments is highly preferred.

Excellent English communication, negotiation, and networking skills.

Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills, with high emotional intelligence.

Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools.

Proactive, target-oriented, adaptable, and professional in dealing with corporate partners, academics, and students.

High integrity, cultural awareness, and attention to detail.
