Job summary

PT. ABADINUSA USAHASEMESTA is seeking a friendly Guest Relations Officer to welcome and assist clients, ensuring a smooth, delightful service experience. You will coordinate appointments, assist with client treatments, handle payments, and address feedback professionally to maintain high satisfaction.

The ideal candidate holds a hospitality-related diploma and has at least 1 year in guest relations within luxury settings, with excellent English skills and a polished, professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Diploma degree preferably from a hospitality major.
• Minimum 1 year as guest relations officer in hotel/wellness/luxury industry.
• Experience handling VVIP/expatriate customers.
