LCI Education seeks a Campus Director for LaSalle College Jakarta (LCJ) to lead the campus’s commercial, operational, and academic performance. This senior role reports to the global network and drives strategic direction, regulatory compliance, and engagement with government, industry, and accrediting bodies in Indonesia.

Responsabilités

• Lead campus operations and ensure alignment with LCJ Strategic Plan 2025–2030.
• Own the campus P&L and manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation.
• Drive student recruitment, market growth, and revenue diversification in Indonesia.
• Oversee regulatory compliance with BAN-PT and DIKTI requirements; report to executives and board.
• Chair leadership team meetings and collaborate with academic, finance, IT, and marketing teams.
• Plan and execute key campus events, including graduations and industry engagements.
