Job summary

LaSalle College Jakarta (LCJ) seeks a Campus Director to lead the campus, accountable for commercial, operational, and academic performance in Indonesia. This senior role reports to LCJ’s Executive Director APAC and drives growth, quality, and stakeholder engagement in a regulatory environment.

The role demands hands-on leadership, full P&L ownership, budgeting discipline, and a focus on student experience and staff engagement across a diverse, international team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage campus operations aligning with LCJ's mission.
• Own the campus P&L and manage budgets and pricing.
• Drive enrolment growth and market expansion in Indonesia.
• Ensure BAN-PT accreditation compliance and reporting.
• Lead leadership team meetings and cross-functional collaboration.
• Plan and execute key campus events like graduation.
• Engage with students, alumni, staff, partners, and regulators.
• Develop policies and ensure implementation across the campus.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and professional development.
• Maintain quality assurance and internal audit readiness.
