Job summary

Berry Amour Villas in Bali is seeking a villa butler to welcome guests, manage check-in/out, and coordinate seamless services within the villa. The role requires coordinating with GSA for transfers and supporting shuttle operations when needed.

You will arrange spa, restaurant, and in-villa dining reservations, ensure linen and laundry standards, and supervise villa attendants for guest comfort and villa presentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in villa guest services or luxury resort operations.
• Ability to coordinate with GSA and arrange airport transfers.
• Experience arranging spa and restaurant reservations.
• Strong interpersonal and service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Prepare villa and welcome amenities according to guest preferences.
• Welcoming guests to the villa and check-in/out per standards.
• Coordinate with GSA for airline tickets and airport transfers.
• Handle shuttle service program when drivers are unavailable.
• Oversee villa attendants, stock replenishment, and linen care.
• Implement in-villa F&B programs and assist with in-villa dining orders.
• Arrange cleaning and service with villa attendants and turndown service.
• Report maintenance needs to the Villa Manager.
• Join F&B, housekeeping, and guest services tasks as required.

Job description

Prepare villa and welcome amenities in the villa in accordance with guest prefferences, resort standards and pre-planning request.

Welcoming guests to the villa.

Check in guests in accordance with established standards.

Coordinate with GSA with regards to airline tickets confirmation.

Pick up guest C/o from villa to lobby by buggy car

Check – out:

Clear expected departures and liaise with GSA

Coordinate with GSA with regards to airport transfer bookings.

Deliver messages, faxes or other email to the villa.

Check out guests in accordance with established standards.

Pick up guest C/o from villa to lobby by buggy car

Guest Services:

Shoe shine service upon guest request.

Pack and unpack guest luggage upon request.

Make reservation for spa, restaurant, etc as requested by guests.

Able to cover & handle shuttle service program incase of driver not available.

To arrange cleaning & service villa with villa attendant and assist turndown service in accordance with established standards.

To supervise villa attendant in replenish guest supplies and ensure all linen in villa is clean and well pressed.

Report to Villa Manager repair and maintenance needs.

Food & Beverage:

Implement all the resort’s in villa F&B programs.

Take and serve orders for in-villa dining

Check personal bar for replenishment and charging of consumption.

Prepare all romantic set up

Prepare and serve all F&B program

Ensure Laundry is picked up for cleaning and delivered after service on time.

Press guest garments when required on those hours laundry is closed.

Check all laundry before delivery to the villa.

Human Responsibilities:

29. Join the periodical F.O meetings and expresses his / her own opinion and suggestions.

30. Join the training programs.

Relations:

31. Report to Butler Supervisor.

32. If any other department requires assistance, the Butler team shall always fully co-operate and remain courteous.

33. Keep cleanliness and tidiness of all villa facilities in some areas :
