Job description

Responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the stay by fulfilling guest requests or needs. Maintain comprehensive knowledge about the products and services available in the resort and the local area. Provide seamless interaction with guests in order to facilitate guest recognition, obtain preferences, anticipate guest needs and proactively action all their requirements. This has to be performed under the general guidance of Butler Supervisor, in coordination with the Assistant Chief Butler and within the limits of the established hotel policies and procedures.
