Job summary

Ventore Group Indonesia Hospitality is seeking a Butler to join our team in the Uluwatu area. The role focuses on providing personalized guest service, villa orientation, and coordinating check-in/out for a seamless guest experience.

Applicants should have hospitality experience or be a fresh graduate with strong English communication, excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, and a proactive, service-minded attitude. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is required.

• Ensure villa cleanliness, readiness, and maintenance standards are met at all times.
• Maintain guest privacy, confidentiality, and security.
• Prepare daily guest reports and communicate important information to management.
