Job summary

Dimora Bali is seeking a dedicated Butler to support our luxury villa guests at the Canggu complex. The role involves intimate guest service, coordinating villa experiences, and discreet handling of privacy and preferences.

The ideal candidate has at least two years in a 5-star setting, excellent grooming, and fluent English; extra European language skills are a plus. Shift work and mobility between villas are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years as a butler, villa host, or personal attendant in a 5-star setting.
• Fluent English mandatory; additional European languages are a strong plus.
• Excellent grooming and personal presentation.
• Soft skills: discreet, empathetic, anticipatory, emotionally intelligent.
• Availability for shift work and mobility between villas.

About the role

Dimora Bali is hiring 1 Butler to join our newly launched Butler Service, working alongside the Guest Relation Officer across our luxury villa collection in Canggu. This is a foundational role with strong growth potential.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized service to villa guests throughout their stay


• Coordinate in-villa breakfast service with F&B; partners


• Manage mini-bar restocking and in-villa amenities


• Unpacking, packing, laundry coordination upon request


• Arrange bookings, transfers, bespoke experiences


• Maintain absolute discretion and professionalism


• Support upsell of premium guest experiences
