Job summary

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Business Development role based in Central Jakarta, Indonesia. The Business Development team member will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients, and support lead generation activities.

Qualifications

• Communication skills for client engagement, presentations, and internal collaboration.
• Lead Generation capabilities to identify prospects, develop pipelines, and follow up on business opportunities.
• After sales consultation to ensure a positive client experience and support long-term relationships.
• Relevant experience in business development, sales, or financial services (especially futures or derivatives) is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in any major are welcome.
