Job summary

KONTAKPERKASA FUTURES, based in Jakarta Metropolitan Area, seeks a full-time Business Development Officer to identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and promote the company’s commodity futures products.

You will conduct market research, prepare presentations and proposals, follow up on leads, coordinate meetings with clients, and collaborate with internal teams to refine strategies while ensuring service quality and regulatory compliance.

Role Description

This full-time, on-site Business Development Officer role is based in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area. The Business Development Officer is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and promoting the company’s commodity futures products and services. Daily tasks include conducting market research, preparing presentations and proposals, following up on leads, and coordinating meetings with prospective and existing clients. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to refine business strategies, providing high-quality customer service, and ensuring that client interactions align with regulatory standards and company policies.
