The position focuses on analyzing business problems, designing practical AI workflows, and supporting pre-sales with compelling concepts and POCs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as CS/IT, EE, or related discipline.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate business issues into AI solutions.
• Good understanding of software applications, APIs, system integration, databases, and business processes.

Responsibilities

• Accompany Sales in client meetings to uncover business pain points and opportunities.

Role Description

We are looking for an AI Business Solution Engineer to work closely with our Sales team in identifying customer business challenges and designing practical AI-powered solutions.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area.

The ideal candidate combines technical knowledge, analytical thinking, business understanding, and strong communication skills.

This role is not purely software development or sales. It focuses on understanding business problems and translating them into valuable AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Discovery: Accompany Sales teams in client meetings to identify business pain points, operational challenges, and improvement opportunities.
• Business Process Analysis: Analyze existing client workflows, identify inefficiencies, and explore opportunities for AI automation.
• AI Solution Design: Define practical AI solutions using Chatbots, Voicebots, Agentic AI, LLMs, and workflow automation technologies.
• Business Value Assessment: Identify and quantify potential business benefits, including cost reduction, productivity improvement, revenue growth, and ROI.
• Solution Consulting: Recommend suitable technologies and approaches based on client needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility.
• Pre-Sales Support: Support Sales teams in preparing solution concepts, proposals, presentations, demonstrations, and Proof of Concepts (POCs).
• Technical Collaboration: Work with internal engineering teams to validate technical feasibility, integration requirements, and implementation scope.
• Customer Engagement: Communicate solution concepts clearly to both business stakeholders and technical teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or D3 `in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand business challenges and propose practical solutions.
• Good understanding of software applications, APIs, system integration, databases, and business processes.
• Interest in Artificial Intelligence, including LLMs, AI Chatbots, Voicebots, AI Agents, and business process automation.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence in discussing solutions directly with clients.
• Ability to translate business requirements into solution concepts and functional specifications.
• Experience in business analysis, solution engineering, IT consulting, or technical pre-sales is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with strong analytical abilities, technical knowledge, and excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
