Job summary

amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a Business Development Manager to supervise and grow opportunities with merchants, ensuring onboarding and retention, and strengthening partner relationships to drive revenue targets.

You will generate and manage merchant opportunities, assist onboarding, maintain active merchants, and build relations with partners and banks, while gathering feedback and addressing merchant needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in the fintech industry including banking, lending, multifinance, payments.
• Experience executing commercial processes, including business models and legal contracting.
• Ability to develop and implement Go-To-Market strategies.

Responsibilities

• Generate, maintain, and increase business opportunities with new and existing merchants to achieve TPV & TPT targets.
• Assist and ensure the successful integration and onboarding process for partners.
• Retain existing merchants by ensuring they remain active and productive.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and banks.
• Gather and act on merchant feedback to improve products and services.
• Understand merchant challenges and identify solutions that better address their needs.
• Handle administrative tasks, including drafting sales proposals and managing contract renewals.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Product, Legal, Commercial, Tech Teams) to execute business strategies and merchant satisfaction initiatives.
