Job summary

DOKU, PT NUSA SATU INTI ARTHA is seeking a Business Development and Partnerships professional in Bali to drive merchant growth and revenue. You will coordinate onboarding, maintain active merchants, and strengthen ties with banks and partners to meet TPV and TPT targets.

You will collaborate with Product, Legal, Commercial, and Tech teams to implement business strategies and respond to merchant needs with solid solutions.

Qualifications

• Must have fintech/ Payments or banking experience.
• Experience building and managing merchant partnerships.
• Ability to design and execute GTM plans and commercial models.

Responsibilities

• Generate and grow opportunities with new and existing merchants to hit targets.
• Support onboarding and ensure smooth merchant integration.
• Retain merchants and keep them active and productive.
• Build strong relationships with partners and banks.

About The Role

Supervise and grow business opportunities with new and existing merchants, ensuring seamless onboarding processes, merchant retention, and strengthening relationships with partners to drive revenue and transaction volume targets.

What Will You Do

• Generate, maintain, and increase business opportunities with new and existing merchants to achieve TPV & TPT targets.
• Assist and ensure the successful integration and onboarding process for partners.
• Retain existing merchants by ensuring they remain active and productive.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and banks.
• Gather and act on merchant feedback to improve products and services.
• Understand merchant challenges and identify solutions that better address their needs.
• Handle administrative tasks, including drafting sales proposals and managing contract renewals.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Product, Legal, Commercial, Tech Teams) to execute business strategies and merchant satisfaction initiatives.
