Job summary

DOKU, PT NUSA SATU INTI ARTHA is seeking a business development oriented professional to supervise and grow merchant opportunities in Bali. You will focus on onboarding, retention, and strengthening relationships with partners to drive revenue and transaction volume.

Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Legal, Commercial, Tech) to implement strategies that improve merchant satisfaction and outcomes.

• Generate, maintain, and increase opportunities with new and existing merchants to achieve TPV & TPT targets.
• Assist and ensure the onboarding process for partners.

• Gather merchant feedback to improve products and services.
• Understand merchant challenges and identify solutions that address their needs.
• Handle administrative tasks, including drafting sales proposals and managing contract renewals.
• Collaborate with Product, Legal, Commercial, Tech Teams to execute business strategies and merchant satisfaction initiatives.

About The Role:

Supervise and grow business opportunities with new and existing merchants, ensuring seamless onboarding processes, merchant retention, and strengthening relationships with partners to drive revenue and transaction volume targets.

What Will You Do:

• Assist and ensure the successful integration and onboarding process for partners.
• Retain existing merchants by ensuring they remain active and productive.
