Job summary

PQM is seeking a senior consultant in Jakarta Pusat to lead consulting, training, and improvement initiatives focused on Business Process Management and ISO Management Systems. You will assess current processes, identify gaps, and drive efficiency while ensuring project quality and timely delivery.

The role requires 5+ years in related fields, strong analytical and presentation skills, and the ability to travel for client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in Business Process Improvement, Management System or related fields.
• Strong knowledge in Business Process Improvement and Management Systems.
• Experience implementing, maintaining, auditing, or improving ISO Management Systems.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001, ISO 37001, or other standards.
• Experience as Internal or Lead Auditor is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
• Able to develop reports, presentations, process docs, and consulting deliverables.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willing to travel for project assignments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver consulting, training, and improvement projects related to BPM, BPI, and ISO management systems.
• Assess and analyze existing processes, identify gaps, inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Support ISO 9001 mandatory and other ISO standards as applicable.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards, timelines, and client requirements.
• Collaborate with project teams and contribute to business development activities.

• Deliver consulting, training, and improvement projects related to Business Process Management, Business Process Improvement, and ISO Management Systems.
• Conduct assessment and analysis of existing business processes, identify gaps, inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Support projects covering ISO standards ISO 9001 (Mandatory) and preferable ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 37001 and other relevant management systems.
• Ensure project deliverables meet agreed quality standards, timelines, and client requirements.
• Collaborate with project teams in delivering consulting and training projects.
• Contribute to business development activities, including proposal development and client engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Management or other relevant disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Business Process Improvement, Management System or related fields.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience in Business Process Improvement and Management System.
• Have experience in implementing, maintaining, auditing, or improving ISO Management Systems.
• Knowledge of one or more ISO standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001, ISO 37001, or other management system standards.
• Experience as an Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor will be an advantage. .
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
• Able to develop professional reports, presentations, process documentation, and consulting deliverables.
