Job summary

PT SURYA SEMESTA INTERNUSA TBK is seeking a Corporate Planning professional to collect, consolidate, and analyze financial, operational, and business performance data to support reporting, dashboards, and management decision‑making.

The role develops KPIs and dashboards, supports strategic planning, risk monitoring, and performance reviews, applying PDCA and aiming for continuous improvement. Fluency in English and strong analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collect, consolidate, and analyze financial, operational, and business performance data to support reporting, dashboard development, and management decision-making.
• Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and analytical tools to monitor business performance and support strategic planning.
• Support the execution of corporate strategy by conducting periodic performance reviews, tracking strategic initiatives, and monitoring progress against corporate targets.
• Identify, assess, and monitor business risks, while supporting the development and implementation of risk management frameworks and mitigation plans.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through PDCA methodology, process standardization, and operational excellence programs to enhance organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
• Prepare management reports and provide actionable insights and recommendations to support executive decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment, effective execution of strategic initiatives, and achievement of corporate objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business, or related fields; Master’s degree is a plus.
• 1–2 years of experience in Corporate Planning, PDCA, or Corporate Strategic Management.
• Familiar with Balanced Scorecard, OKR, SOP, and Business Intelligence tools.
• Strong knowledge of industries such as hospitality, property, or construction is preferred.
• Strong business acumen with excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Great communication, negotiation skills, and must be fluent in English.
