Job summary

PANTÉ in Bali seeks a Business Partnerships Manager to grow the local network with hotels, wellness spaces, and community groups. You will identify opportunities, make introductions, and foster lasting collaborations to drive referrals and brand presence in Berawa and beyond.

The ideal candidate is outgoing, personable, proactive, and comfortable starting conversations with decision-makers in the Bali hospitality and wellness space. English fluency is required; Indonesian is a strong advantage.

Qualifications

• Fluent English; Indonesian is a strong advantage.
• Hospitality, sales, partnerships, or account management experience is a plus.

We’re looking to connect with someone who can help introduce PANTÉ to relevant local businesses, communities, hotels, fitness and wellness spaces, and build genuine partnerships that can grow over time.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Business Partnerships Manager to help develop PANTÉ’s local partnership network.

The role will involve:

• Identifying relevant businesses and communities around Bali
• Introducing PANTÉ and building new relationships
• Developing referral and partnership opportunities
• Following up with potential partners and maintaining relationships
• Helping create mutually beneficial collaborations
• Representing PANTÉ professionally within the local community

We’re particularly interested in someone who is outgoing, personable, proactive, and comfortable meeting people and opening conversations.

What we’re looking for

• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
• Comfortable approaching and speaking with businesses and decision‑makers
• Good understanding of the Bali hospitality, wellness, fitness, or lifestyle scene
• Fluent English; Indonesian is a strong advantage
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
