Job summary

PT BLANKA JAYA INDONESIA seeks a Wellness Business Development and Partnerships Manager to own the commercial acquisition of wellness retreats, groups, and stays. You will prospect leaders, build a strong practitioner network, and drive partnerships across Bali and internationally, reporting to the Owner and collaborating with Marketing, Legal, and HR.

You will ensure compliance with work permits, sign contracts, and deliver against quarterly revenue targets while maintaining a robust partner

Qualifications

Fluent English and Bahasa Indonesia in speaking and writing.
Proven sales mindset with ability to prospect, negotiate and close deals.
Active, credible network in wellness/practitioner space is an asset.

Responsibilities

Generate and convert qualified leads for wellness retreats, groups, and stays.
Prospect retreat leaders, yoga teachers, event organisers, and wellness communities locally and internationally.
Develop and activate B2B partnerships through retreat platforms and industry networks.
Reactivate and nurture relationships with past clients and partners.
Prepare commercial proposals and pricing with management; meet revenue targets.
Build and maintain a network of Bali-based wellness practitioners with contracts and permits.
Coordinate with marketing to align campaigns with commercial availability; own acquisition and conversion.
Provide weekly/monthly reports on pipeline, sales, and cross-functional activity.
Represent the company’s wellness offering in meetings with clients and partners.
