This role requires a strategic leader adept at driving sales performance, optimizing store operations, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences across multiple retail outlets. The position operates on a hybrid model, blending essential on-site engagement with the flexibility of remote collaboration. You will be responsible for setting the strategic direction for retail operations within your region, managing a diverse team of store managers, and ensuring alignment with the company's overall brand standards and objectives. • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and profitability goals for the Pekanbaru region's retail outlets.
• Oversee the daily operations of all assigned retail stores, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of store managers and their staff, fostering a positive and high-performance work environment.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, customer satisfaction, inventory turnover, and operational efficiency.
• Implement visual merchandising standards and ensure effective stock management and loss prevention strategies.
• Drive initiatives to enhance customer service and create a superior shopping experience.
• Conduct regular store visits and performance reviews for store managers.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in Riau.
• Manage regional budgets and control operational expenses effectively.
• Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to execute promotional campaigns and product launches.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in retail management, with at least 3 years in a multi-unit or regional management capacity.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving operational excellence in a retail environment.
• Strong leadership, people management, and coaching skills.
• Excellent understanding of retail operations, merchandising, inventory control, and customer service principles.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
• Proficiency in retail management software and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse teams and customers.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid model, requiring both on-site presence and remote work.
• Experience working within the (Specific Retail Sector, e.g., fashion, electronics, F&B) industry in Pekanbaru is a plus.
