Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, CS or Engineering.
• ≥5 years of experience in Data Analytics, BI or similar analytical roles.
• Strong SQL and Python or R for data analysis and modeling.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau or Looker for visualization.
• Hands-on with statistical analysis, predictive modeling or experimentation (A/B).
• Excellent problem solving, stakeholder management and mentoring skills.

Your Day-to-Day

• Analyze large and complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions.
• Design and conduct statistical analyses, predictive modeling, and experimentation to solve business problems and optimize performance.
• Develop and maintain scalable dashboards, reports, and data models to monitor key business metrics and support decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify business opportunities, translate requirements into analytical solutions, and communicate insights effectively.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency by implementing best practices in data validation, governance, and reporting.
• Mentor junior analysts, lead analytical initiatives, and promote best practices in data analytics, statistical methodologies, and data-driven decision making.

Who We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• >5 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python or R for data analysis, statistical modeling, and data manipulation.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker, and the ability to present complex findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with statistical analysis, predictive modeling or experimentation (e.g., A/B testing) is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with experience leading projects and mentoring junior team members.
