Your role will involve originating and evaluating investment opportunities across various industries, without being limited to a specific sector. You will be expected to proactively explore and develop new business areas as opportunities arise, contributing to the company's long-term growth and diversification strategy. This is a full-time position based in South Jakarta, Jakarta, Indonesia.

What you'll be doing

Identify and originate new business development opportunities across a broad range of sectors.

Conduct market and industry analyses of new and prospective business areas.

Review investment structures and deal structuring options.

Coordinate with business partners and key stakeholders.

Develop financial models, including DCF, IRR, and NPV analyses, and conduct risk assessments.

Prepare investment memoranda and joint venture (JV) proposals in professional business English.

Manage relationships with partners and co-investors, and support due diligence processes.

What we're looking for
