Job summary

RedDoorz is seeking a focused business development professional to drive new partnerships with hotels and property owners in Indonesia. You will identify leads, engage partners, and execute targeted strategies to expand the partner network.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and at least three years of business development experience, with strong communication and goal-oriented drive to succeed. This position is based on-site in Indonesia.

• 3 years' prior industry related business development experience.
• Has experience in canvassing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Focused and goal-oriented.
• Can join as soon as possible.
