Job summary

RedDoorz in Bandar Lampung is seeking a driven Business Development professional to build sales leads in the hospitality sector and cultivate strong relationships with hotel owners. You will identify opportunities, prepare compelling proposals, and actively canvass to expand the customer base.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree and 2-3 years in business development, with excellent communication and goal-oriented drive to meet ambitious targets in a dynamic Southeast Asia market.
