Job summary

RedDoorz, Southeast Asia's largest budget-hotel ecosystem, is seeking a driven Business Development professional to expand our hotel-owner network in Medan and surrounding markets.

You will build leads, canvass, prepare proposals, and nurture client relationships to meet targets while staying abreast of market trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2 - 3 years' prior industry related business development experience.
• Has experience in canvassing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and acquire new sales leads within the hospitality industry, focusing on hotels and property owners.
• Develop and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Stay updated on local market trends and identify sales opportunities proactively to meet and exceed targets.
• Prepare sales materials such as proposals, contracts, and presentations to effectively communicate our offerings and value proposition.
• Conduct canvassing activities, including door-to-door visits to hotels, to expand our client base and generate leads.
