PT Main Games Indonesia (Jakarta) is seeking a Junior Business Development Manager to introduce Eklipse's Bounty program to game studios and partners. You will work with the team on outreach, client communication, sales, and partnership development.

Eklipse is building a new revenue stream by helping game studios fund creator campaigns directly through our Bounty program.

Instead of running influencer campaigns through traditional agencies, studios can put their budget into Eklipse's Bounty pool. We activate our creator network, distribute the content, and provide performance data to help studios measure their results. Creators earn from their content, while Eklipse builds a scalable performance-based revenue model.

We are looking for a Junior Business Development Manager to help introduce Eklipse's Bounty program to game studios and potential partners.

This is a great opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career who is interested in business development, marketing, partnerships, and the gaming/creator economy. You will work closely with the team across outreach, client communication, sales, and partnership development, with opportunities to take on more ownership as you grow.

What You'll Do

Build relationships with potential partners

Research and identify relevant game studios, publishers, and potential partners

Reach out to prospects through email, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels

Develop and personalize outreach messages based on each prospect's business and marketing needs

Follow up with prospects and maintain relationships throughout the sales process

Learn to understand how game studios approach creator and influencer marketing

Support the sales and partnership process

Introduce Eklipse's Bounty program to game studios and marketing teams

Help prepare presentations, proposals, and campaign ideas for potential partners

Join meetings with prospects and support discussions with potential clients

Assist with negotiations and contract discussions as you gain experience

Collect feedback from prospects and partners to help improve our product and campaign offering

Support external communications and materials

Help create and maintain pitch decks, one-pagers, proposals, and other partner-facing materials

Assist in preparing campaign reports and performance summaries

Ensure all communication with external partners is clear, professional, and aligned with Eklipse's positioning

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree or final-year student in Marketing Communication, Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Strong interest in Business Development, Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, or the gaming/creator economy

Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken

Confident and comfortable communicating with new people

Good presentation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills

Proactive and willing to learn, with the initiative to reach out and follow up independently

Strong research and communication skills, with the ability to understand and communicate business needs

Organized and able to manage multiple prospects and follow-ups

Internship, university organization, project, or part-time experience in marketing, communications, sales, partnerships, or related fields is a plus

Nice to Have

Experience in marketing communication, digital marketing, business development, sales, partnerships, or influencer marketing

Experience handling external parties, clients, sponsors, or business partners

Familiarity with social media, creator/influencer campaigns, or digital marketing

Knowledge or interest in the gaming industry, esports, or creator economy

Existing connections with game studios, publishers, agencies, or esports organizations
