Indogal Agro Trading in Indonesia is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead and grow our FMCG business, driving growth, improving sales productivity through strong leadership, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will manage a team of SDRs, set KPI & pipeline metrics, and collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to ensure high-quality opportunities and scalable revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Coaching: Hiring, onboarding, mentoring, and conducting weekly one-on-ones with SDRs (Sales Development Representatives) to improve performance
• KPI & Pipeline Management: Setting and tracking metrics like qualified opportunities, Sales force productivities rate, etc
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working with marketing to optimize campaigns and sales leadership to ensure qualified, high-quality opportunities
• Sales Tech Stack Management: Utilizing and managing CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools to ensure accurate reporting
• Develop and execute shopper marketing strategies based on shopper behavior, customer insights, and business objectives.
• Develop and implement sales training and capability-building programs covering product knowledge, selling skills, negotiation, account management, and sales execution.
