Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end sales and execution of energy projects and products from concept to commissioning.
• Manage timelines, budgets, resources, and risks to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Supervise cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC).
• Implement best practices in project management (PMP, Agile, Lean).
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue goals and market share.
• Identify opportunities, partnerships, and key accounts, and manage negotiations and contracts.
• Develop annual business plans, budgets, and KPIs aligned with corporate goals.
• Report performance, forecasts, and strategic initiatives regularly.
