Job summary

AnyMind Pte. Ltd. in Jakarta is seeking a Manager to lead the sales team’s ongoing development and success. You will strategize semester and yearly sales plans and guide the team toward achieving revenue targets.

You’ll manage pipeline, forecast revenue, build agency relationships, and develop strategies to win new agencies. The role requires leadership, English fluency, and deep knowledge of digital advertising platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 5+ years in digital advertising with 3+ years in a managerial role.
• Strong connections with brands or agencies.
• Experience selling to brands/agencies and managing pipelines.
• Knowledge of media buying, influencer, and programmatic preferred.
• Excellent English communication.

Job description

As a Manager will play a key role in the sales team’s continued development and success in the Jakarta office. You will be in-charge to strategize semester and yearly sales plan for the team.

What You'll Do

• Responsible for pipeline Management, Sales & Revenue forecasting, sales approach & strategy development and implementation.
• Establishing sales strategy and action plan to win new Agencies to achieve yearly profit target by offering AnyMind Group product
• Identifying and generating potential profitable business relationship / opportunities by studying integration of new growth areas and trends accompany with company strategies and operations; examining risk and potential and estimating partner needs and goals
• Empowering, coaching, delegating and retaining qualified members that will contribute to Company business
• Ensuring operational delivery and Department run as expected. Monitoring team's performance and project's execution within and cross Department

Who You Are

• A bachelor degree holder from a reputable University majoring in Business related fields.
• 5+ years of strong experience in digital advertising business along with 3 years as Managerial level. Strong connection with Brands or Agencies.
• Proven direct selling experience to brand and agency marketing with have strong pipeline by yearly.
• Preferably someone has strong knowledge in Media Buying product, Influencer and programmatic.
• Detailed-oriented, number sensitive and innovative.
• Fluent in communicating in English is a must
