Job summary

Pro Energi is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive the growth of renewable energy, bioenergy, agriculture, fuel supply chain, and related industrial sectors. The role requires leading opportunity assessment, market research, and the preparation of compelling business cases.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in business development or consulting, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and excellent communication in Indonesian and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in business development, sales, commercial, consulting or project-related roles.
• Good Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Comfortable working with numbers and analyzing business opportunities
• Proactive, curious and able to work independently
