Job summary

Shopee is seeking a proactive Account Manager to maintain and grow our SMB merchant portfolio in Indonesia. You will engage via WhatsApp, email, and calls to promote campaigns and pricing programs, while tracking progress toward personal and team KPIs.

Ideal candidates have a degree (D3 or bachelor's) and 1 year in account management or telesales, with a proven ability to manage high-volume accounts and analyze performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Hold a minimum of D3 or Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
• 1 year of working experience in Account Management, Telesales, or Telemarketing.
• Proven track record in portfolio management, preferably with Long Tail or high-volume accounts.
• Solid knowledge of performance metrics and data tracking to drive merchant growth.
• Experience or interest in E-wallet, food delivery, or e-commerce sectors.
• Target-oriented with drive to achieve individual and team goals.
• Ability to handle moderate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.

• Responsible to maintain and manage SMB Merchants through online communication channel (WhatsApp, Email, and Call) by offering campaign participation, slice price program and other initiative under merchant portfolio given
• Follow up on leads and maintain regular communication with SMB Merchants to build relationships and increase the likelihood of sales conversions.
• Able to track and achieve personal goals/KPI given

Requirements

• Hold a minimum of D3 or Bachelor's degree from a recognized university in any major
• Has prior 1 year of working experience in Account Management, Telesales, or Telemarketing
• Proven track record in portfolio management, preferably with direct experience handling Long Tail merchants or high-volume accounts
• Possesses solid functional knowledge of performance metrics and data tracking to drive merchant growth
• Previous experience or a strong, demonstrable interest in the E-wallet, food delivery, or e-commerce sectors
• Target-oriented with a strong internal drive to achieve individual and team goals
• Ability to handle moderate ambiguity and maintain high resilience in a fast-paced environment
