Job summary

Shopee is seeking a proactive Account Manager to maintain and grow our SMB merchant portfolio in Indonesia. You will engage via WhatsApp, email, and calls to promote campaigns and pricing programs, while tracking progress toward personal and team KPIs.

Ideal candidates have a degree (D3 or bachelor's) and 1 year in account management or telesales, with a proven ability to manage high-volume accounts and analyze performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Hold a minimum of D3 or Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
• 1 year of working experience in Account Management, Telesales, or Telemarketing.
• Proven track record in portfolio management, preferably with Long Tail or high-volume accounts.
• Solid knowledge of performance metrics and data tracking to drive merchant growth.
• Experience or interest in E-wallet, food delivery, or e-commerce sectors.
• Target-oriented with drive to achieve individual and team goals.
• Ability to handle moderate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage SMB Merchants through online communication channels (WhatsApp, Email, Call).
• Offer campaign participation, slice price program, and other initiatives for merchant portfolio.
• Follow up on leads and maintain regular communication to build relationships and drive sales.
